   Bring the water to a rolling boil in a kettle or saucepan.

   Place the black tea leaves into a heatproof pitcher or teapot.

   Nota bucătarului: For easier straining later, you can use a fine-mesh tea infuser or a tea bag.

   Carefully pour the boiling water over the tea leaves.

   Steep the tea for 5 minutes to achieve a strong brew, or longer if you prefer a more intense flavor.

   Nota bucătarului: Do not over-steep, as it can make the tea bitter. Adjust steeping time to your preference.

   Strain the tea leaves from the brewed tea, discarding the leaves. If using a tea infuser, simply remove it.

   Let the brewed tea cool down for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.

   Aproximativ 10 min.

   Nota bucătarului: You can also place the pitcher in an ice bath to speed up cooling.

   Fill serving glasses generously with ice.

   Nota bucătarului: The more ice, the faster the tea will chill and the less diluted it will become over time.

   Pour the cooled tea over the ice and serve immediately.

   Nota bucătarului: This tea is typically served unsweetened. If you prefer, you can add a touch of sugar or condensed milk to individual servings.
