- 2 gragarlic, minced
- 0,5 tassaraw cashew, soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
- 0,5 tassavegetable broth
- 0,5 ulime, juiced
- 2 csolive oil
- 0,5 ctsalt

Bring a small pot of water to a boil.

Add the aji amarillo peppers to the boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes.
