  • 4 gragarlic, minced
  • 1 tassatomato sauce
  • 3 tassachicken broth

  • 0,5 ctsalt
  • 0,25 ctblack pepper, ground
  • 2 upotato, peeled and quartered
  • 2 ucarrot, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 usaba banana, peeled and halved crosswise
  • 1 ubok choy, trimmed and separated
  • 1 tassagreen bean, trimmed

    Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
