dressing
- 3 cssoy sauce, gluten-free if needed
- 1 csrice vinegar
- 1 ctsesame oil
- 1 ctfresh ginger, grated
- 1 gragarlic, minced

- 2 uscallion, thinly sliced
- 0,5 ctred chili flakes(opcional)

Carefully remove the silken tofu from its package and drain any liquid.

Place the tofu on a heatproof plate that fits inside your steamer basket.

Steam the tofu for 5 minutes over simmering water, until heated through.

While the tofu steams, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, fresh ginger, and garlic in a small bowl to make the dressing.

Carefully remove the hot tofu from the steamer and discard any accumulated water on the plate.
