Submit a privacy request

Use this form to exercise your rights under GDPR Article 12–22 (and equivalents under UK GDPR and Swiss FADP). Eutopix Labs P.S.A., as the data controller for the Forkin product, will reply within 30 daysas required by Art. 12(3). Complex requests may be extended once by a further 60 days; if so, we'll tell you within the first 30.

Requests are free of charge for the first one. We may ask you to verify your identity (typically by replying from the email associated with your account) before we act, to prevent someone else from exercising your rights on your behalf.
