Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What's the difference between Essential and Premium?
Everyone gets the Forkin Score and the environmental grade free — a score you can't check is a score you can't trust. Essential adds dietary compatibility, allergen filters, and store prices. Premium adds AI meal scan, recipes, meal planning, body progress tracking, and advanced analytics.
What are Supporter and Champion?
Mission tiers. You get the same features as Premium, but more of your net subscription revenue goes to conservation (5% for Supporter and 10% for Champion) and you get a recognition badge on your profile. They are available on the website and in the app; web checkout leaves more after payment and platform fees, while app checkout is there if you prefer native billing.
Why might the web and app price look different?
Your plan costs about the same either way, but the App Store and Google Play keep up to 30% in fees while web card fees are only about 5–6% — so subscribing on forkin.io sends more to the mission pool. App-store pricing tiers can also make the in-app figure land a little differently from the web. Supporter and Champion still sync to the same account and appear in the app after purchase.
Where does the charity money go?
Essential and Premium allocate 2% of net revenue (price minus VAT, store or channel fees, refunds and chargebacks) to animal sanctuaries, wildlife & ocean conservation. Supporter allocates 5% and Champion 10%. We publish quarterly impact reports so you can see exactly where every euro went.
