Mnohé aplikácie bežia v štandardných cloudových regiónoch; hlavná flotila Forkinu nie – beží u poskytovateľov so zmluvami na obnoviteľnú energiu alebo s takmer bezuhlíkovými sieťami. Nižšie je kumulatívne množstvo CO2e, ktorému sme sa od spustenia vyhli – vypočítané z konzervatívnych predpokladov o spotrebe energie flotily a z údajov poskytovateľov.

There is no per-user attribution math here - that would be dishonest and we'd rather not invent a number. Ako sa číslo vypočítava
Každú hodinu cron úloha na našom pipeline serveri pridá jeden riadok na aktívny server do verejnej evidenčnej tabuľky. Každý riadok sa vypočíta ako:

We use conservative fleet power assumptions, including idle draw where exact per-service metering is unavailable. That overestimates our own emissions and understates the savings claim. The figure is avoided emissions against the counterfactual baseline above, not a carbon-neutrality claim: we are not carbon-neutral, we buy no offsets, and we report the residual rather than cancelling it. The endpoint behind this page (/impact/totals) returns totals only.
