- 1 stk.yellow onion, chopped
- 2 spsk.ginger, grated
- 2 stk.green chili, sliced (siling haba)
- 2 stk.finger chili, whole (siling labuyo)(valgfrit)
- 0,5 kopvinegar, cane or white
- 1 kopwater
- 2 spsk.fish sauce
- 0,5 tsk.black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 stk.bay leaf
- 2 spsk.cooking oil
- 1 tsk.salt, or to taste
