In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a whisk or electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator while you prepare the coffee.

Pour the hot brewed coffee into a medium saucepan and place it over medium-low heat.

Add the granulated sugar and stir gently until it has completely dissolved. Avoid letting the mixture come to a boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Stir in the orange juice, lemon juice, and the portion of orange zest designated for the drink.
