  • 30 ggalangal, sliced
  • 6 stk.kaffir lime leaf, torn
  • 3 spsk.fish sauce

  • 2 spsk.lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 spsk.chili paste

  • 200 gsquid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 150 gfish ball

  • 100 genoki mushroom, trimmed
  • 100 goyster mushroom, torn into pieces
  • 200 gbok choy, chopped
  • 200 gnapa cabbage, chopped

  • 200 grice vermicelli, cooked according to package instructions

garnish

  • 1 kopthai basil
  • 0,5 kopcilantro, chopped
  • 2 stk.thai chili, sliced(valgfrit)

    Pour the chicken broth into a large pot or hot pot cooker.

    Ca. 1 min.

    Add the lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and chili paste to the broth.

    Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    Arrange the shrimp, squid, fish balls, enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, bok choy, and napa cabbage on separate platters around the hot pot.
