  • 1 tspmaple syrup(optional)

The method

Step by step

    Combine the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, plant milk, chia seeds, and optional maple syrup in a high-speed blender.

    Cook’s note: Start with less plant milk and add more if needed to achieve your desired consistency. For a thicker bowl, use less liquid.

    Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more plant milk.
