Common questions
A product doesn't appear when I scan its barcode — what do I do?
Open the in-app submission flow (Scan → can't find this product → contribute). It takes a few photos and 30 seconds. Contributions unlock free Pro access at thresholds — see in-app rewards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling there immediately stops auto-renewal; access continues until the period ends.
How is my data handled?
Forkin is built EU-first. Servers in Germany/Finland, CDN in Slovenia, AI in France. Body progress photos are encrypted with AES-256-GCM via Scaleway Key Manager before they touch storage. See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list and your GDPR rights.
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Account → Settings → Delete account. Web: forkin.io/account. Both routes irreversibly delete your data within 30 days (we keep an anonymised audit row for GDPR Art. 7 compliance).
