  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 0.5 tsphot sauce
  • 1 pinchblack pepper, freshly ground
  • 355 mllager, chilled
  • 0.5 cupice

The method

    Combine the salt and chili powder on a small plate.

    Cook’s note: Ensure the plate is wide enough for the rim of your glass.

    Take one half of the lime and rub it around the rim of a tall glass.

    Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the salt and chili powder mixture, rotating to coat evenly.
