The method

Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium pot.

Add the millet couscous to the boiling water, stir once, then cover the pot and remove from heat.

Let the couscous steam for 10 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and the grains are tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and orange blossom water (if using) until smooth.
