The method

Step by step

    Combine the rolled oats, plant milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or small container with a lid.

    Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and no clumps of chia seeds remain.

    Secure the lid tightly on the container.
