The method

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

In a medium bowl, combine the cooled spinach mixture, feta cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
