Add the crumbled tofu to the hot pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is golden brown and slightly crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

    About 10 min

Cook’s note: Pressing the tofu thoroughly before crumbling helps achieve a better texture.

While the tofu cooks, prepare the dressing by whisking together the lime juice, soy sauce, toasted rice powder, chili flakes, and brown sugar in a small bowl.

    About 3 min

  4. 4

Remove the cooked tofu from the heat and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

    About 1 min

  7. 7

Toss everything gently until all ingredients are well combined and coated with the dressing.

  8. 8

Serve the vegan tofu larb immediately with fresh lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, and sticky rice.
