FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

What's the difference between Essential and Premium?

Essential unlocks dietary compatibility, allergen filters, store prices, and custom themes — the essentials for every scan. Premium adds environmental impact scores, AI scan, recipes, meal planning, advanced analytics, and health sync.

What are Supporter and Champion?

Mission tiers. You get the same features as Premium, but more of your subscription goes to charity (10% for Supporter, 20% for Champion) and you get a recognition badge on your profile. They exist only on the website — not in the app — because web payments avoid the 30% app-store fee, so more reaches wildlife.

Why does web pricing differ from the app?

When you subscribe on the web via Paddle, we pay a 5% processing fee instead of the 30% Apple/Google take in-app. That's why Supporter and Champion are web-only, and why more of your money reaches charity this way.

Where does the charity money go?

5–20% of net revenue (after payment fees) funds named wildlife sanctuaries, reforestation, and ocean conservation partners. We publish quarterly impact reports so you can see exactly where every euro went.
