- 500 gbeef, cut into pieces
- 1 τεμ.smoked fish, flaked
- 250 gperiwinkle, shelled
- 2 κ.σ.crayfish, ground
- 1 κ.σ.banga spice mix (ataiko, irugege, obunrube)
- 1 κ.γ.uziza seed, ground
- 2 τεμ.scotch bonnet pepper, pounded or blended
- 1 τεμ.yellow onion, chopped
- 1 κ.γ.salt
- 2 τεμ.bouillon cube
- 0,5 φλιτζάνιbeletete leaf (or scent leaf), shredded

Wash the palm fruit thoroughly and place them in a large pot.

Add enough water to cover the palm fruit and boil for 25-30 minutes until they are soft.
