- 200 gtofu, firm or extra-firm, cubed

- 3 個shiitake mushroom, sliced

Combine the dried anchovies, dried kelp sheet, and water in a medium pot or Korean earthenware pot (tteokbaegi). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
