Forkin is operated by Eutopix Labs P.S.A. We take reasonable, legally allowed measures to limit what we disclose to government bodies and law enforcement. We publish this report at least once a year to aggregate the volume and category of requests we receive.

As of June 2026, Forkin has received no government or law-enforcement requests for user data and has made no disclosures.
How we handle requests
We disclose personal data to authorities only when we are legally compelled by a binding order from a competent Polish or EEA authority, when a non-EEA order has been recognised as enforceable in Poland, or when disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s vital interests (life or health). We do not voluntarily share data with intelligence services. Where the law permits, we notify the affected user before responding; where a non-disclosure order prevents that, we reflect the request in the aggregate figures above.
