The method

In a medium bowl or a large measuring cup, combine the peach yogurt, pineapple juice, and powdered sugar.

Whisk the mixture until it is completely smooth and the powdered sugar has fully dissolved.

Cook’s note: Using a measuring cup with a spout makes pouring into the molds easier.

Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
Cook’s note: If your molds don't have a lid to hold the sticks straight, freeze for about 1 hour before inserting the sticks so they stand upright.

Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
Cook’s note: To easily release the pops, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
